• Advising on public procurement procedures and representing clients in review proceedings, including communication with contracting authorities and defining procedural strategy.
   
• Representing clients in proceedings against tax authorities and the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic.
   
• Contributing to a legal analysis of a state-owned enterprise, including assessment of its financing mechanism and proposing an alternative, Maastricht-neutral financing model.
   
• Active participation in legislative drafting in the field of the hydrogen economy.
   
• Advising individuals and companies that are not sanctioned but are affected by secondary impacts of sanctions and over-compliance by market participants (insurers, logistics providers, financial institutions, etc.) or by EU Member State authorities, including asset freezes.
