Mag. Ines Ljeskavica is an expert in litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on civil and real estate law. She advises national and international clients, especially in tenancy disputes as well as in complex real estate and property development proceedings. In addition, she has extensive knowledge in inheritance law and provides comprehensive support to clients in estate proceedings.
She studied law at the University of Vienna. Since 2018, she has been admitted as an attorney in Austria and has since gained extensive experience in both judicial and extrajudicial representation.
In addition to German, Ines Ljeskavica is fluent in English, Croatian, Bosnian, and Serbian, making her a skilled contact particularly in cross-border matters.
