Ľubomír is an experienced attorney and legal expert with comprehensive expertise across a broad range of legal disciplines. He focuses primarily on substantive and procedural civil law, commercial law, corporate law, labour law, administrative law, constitutional law, international and EU law, insolvency law, banking and financial law. He specialises in the preparation of lawsuits and other court submissions, legal analyses, contract drafting, and representing clients in court proceedings, including proceedings before the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic. His practice also covers the legal regulation of artificial intelligence (AI) and legislative process matters.
At the same time, he serves as an assistant to a Member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic in the field of legislation and as a legal engineer for legal AI.
