Enviromental Law

+

Infrastructure projects as well as industrial and commercial investment projects are subject to enormous cost and time pressure due to their economic importance and volume. At the same time, numerous legal matters and the permanent development of regulatory processes have to be taken into account, both at national and European Union level. Specialised knowledge in dealing with environmental impact assessments (EIA) is also of central importance in the initial stage of a project preparation in order to avoid frustrating expenses.

The successful implementation of large projects, therefore, requires a cross-thematic advisory approach and the ability to efficiently represent legal concerns before domestic authorities and all the way up to European institutions. The resolution of legal issues places high demands on the competence and resources of the legal advisor – from tendering and financing to environmental and civil law issues in the approval of projects.
