Martin has been part of the LGP Bratislava and LGP Vienna teams since 2008, having started as a legal assistant at the beginning of his law studies. After graduating, he joined LGP full-time and is now one of the most senior members of the firm.

• Developed a conceptual strategy to minimise financial losses and extend project completion deadlines for the D1 motorway construction project for a client—the largest construction company on the Slovak market.
   

• Represented a client in disputes arising from a corporate restructuring process.
   

• Advised an Austrian client on a legal restructuring, including the structuring of legal and financial relationships with banks and creditors and the preparation of a restructuring process statement.
   

• Provided comprehensive legal support to an insolvency and restructuring trustee in connection with insolvency proceedings and debt relief matters assigned to the trustee.
   

• Provided end-to-end legal advice to a textile-industry company in Slovakia in relation to a project to expand its manufacturing operations.
