For our Headquarters in Vienna we are currently looking for an

Assistant (Full-Time)

Are you reliable, forward-thinking, and unconventional? Then you are the perfect addition to our team, which we are expanding with an assistant.

Your Tasks

Comprehensive, independent support of the supervisor in all administrative and organizational matters
Appointment management (making appointments, telephone conferences, preparing documents, etc.) including organizational responsibility for appointments
Creation and processing of documents (pleadings, etc.) using the Advokat program
Ongoing processing of correspondence and mail (German, English)
Writing according to dictation
Service recording
File management (creation, file keeping, invoicing)
Expense reports as well as document management and filing

Your Profile

Completed commercial training and at least 5 years of professional experience in a law firm
Ability to work in a team, organizational skills as well as precise working methods
Advocate knowledge is an advantage
Very good MS-Office and excellent spelling skills in German and English
Forward-looking approach and initiative
Accuracy, resilience, flexibility, versatility
Strong communication skills, positive charisma and enthusiasm
Confident appearance, loyalty and discretion

For this position, a monthly gross salary of at least € 3,400.00 is foreseen for full-time employment; with corresponding experience and qualifications, there is readiness for a significant overpayment.
