Dedicated Accountant (part-time)

Your Responsibilities

• Comprehensive, independent support in all administrative and organizational matters
• Appointment management (scheduling, conference calls, preparation of documents, etc.) including organizational responsibility for meetings
• Creation and editing of documents (e.g. legal submissions) using the Advokat software
• Ongoing handling of correspondence and mail (German, English)
• Transcription of dictated content
• Service recording and time tracking
• Company and land register tasks (an advantage)
• File management (creation, maintenance, billing)
• Expense reports as well as document management and filing
  
   

Your Profile

• At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting
• Completed accounting certification is an advantage
• Good knowledge of VAT regulations
• Enjoyment in client interaction, positive attitude, and enthusiasm
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and NTCS (an advantage), and outstanding spelling skills in German and English
• Clear and articulate written and verbal communication
• Confident demeanor, loyalty, and discretion
• Language skills: fluent in German & English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proactive and precise working style, initiative, resilience, and flexibility

For this full-time position, the minimum gross monthly salary is € 3,000.00. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay significantly more.
