Michael Komuczky is an attorney at law with LANSKY, GANZGER + partner (LGP) since June 2020. He specializes in dispute resolution, both before state courts as well as domestic and international arbitral tribunals. He advises clients in questions of contract and liability law, particularly in distribution law, financing contracts as well as insurance matters. Additionally, his practice comprises all aspects of inheritance law and estate management (drafting of wills, advising in foundation law matters, out-of-court negotiations and adversary enforcement of claims). Prior to joining LGP Michael Komuczky was active for various renowned law firms. Further, he was a researcher at the University of Vienna with a research focus on arbitration, international civil procedure and conflict of laws. Michael Komuczky has authored publication in arbitration law, conflict of laws and civil law. He still is a guest lecturer at the University of Vienna and previously also taught at the China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing. He completed his law studies at the University of Vienna Faculty of Law (Mag. iur.) in 2011 and received his doctorate in the law of commercial Arbitration in 2020.
