Major projects undertaken in the past twelve months include due diligence for the financing of a crossborder leasing transaction (CBL), advising an international banking group on the acquisition of an office building in Vienna, "Wealth Management & Estate Planning" for private clients from CIS countries, as well as advising on the acquisition and financing of a well-known Austrian hotel chain.
