IT Employee (Full-Time) in Vienna

Your Tasks

First level support, client support for Microsoft Windows systems (both in German and English)
Solution-oriented assistance with support cases
Support/maintenance of mobile devices via MDM
Maintenance of PCs and notebooks
Error analysis and troubleshooting
Creation and continuous updating of IT documentation
Authorisation administration (Active Directory, Advokat, Azure AD)
Collaboration in the implementation of IT projects
Enforcement of international IT standards
Support for other locations at home and abroad

Your Profile

Professional experience in system administration
Ability to work in a team, organisational talent as well as exact and structured way of working
Very good MS-Office and excellent spelling skills in German and English
Forward-looking approach and initiative
Accuracy, resilience, flexibility, versatility
High level of service orientation and social skills
Strong communication and assertiveness skills, positive charisma and enthusiasm
Confident appearance, loyalty and discretion

The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is € 3,300 for full-time employment, with the possibility of overpayment if the candidate has the relevant experience and qualifications.
